2. Service Provider (Seller)

The provider (seller) of treatment services on this platform is each individual Partner (nailist).

The Partner's address and telephone number are deemed to be the same as those of the Platform Operator (AzabuSystem Inc.) listed above.

Upon request from the customer, we will disclose the individual Partner's name, address, and telephone number without delay.

3. Transaction Terms and Payment

Pricing Based on prices (tax included) displayed on each Partner's reservation page and menu page.

*Platform usage fees are included in the displayed price.
*Internet connection and data charges are borne by the customer.

Payment Timing Upon Treatment Completion
*Card authorization is performed at the time of reservation, and payment is processed at the confirmed amount after treatment completion.
*The billing date follows each credit card company's billing cycle.
Service Delivery Services are provided at the date and time reserved by the customer.

4. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Returns / Exchanges Due to the nature of the service, no returns or exchanges are accepted after treatment completion.
Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply for customer-initiated cancellations.

  • 48 to 24 hours before appointment 50% of treatment fee
  • Within 24 hours / No-show 100% of treatment fee
*Cancellation fees are automatically charged to the registered credit card.
Salon-Initiated Cancellation If the service cannot be provided due to unavoidable circumstances such as a Partner's illness or equipment failure, a full refund will be issued. Refunds are processed through the credit card company.
Post-Treatment Refunds As a general rule, refunds after treatment are not accepted. However, if there is a clear defect in the treatment and an agreement is reached between the Partner and the customer, a refund may be processed via Stripe.
