1. When providing information to payment service providers (such as Stripe, Inc.) for payment processing and sales management
2. When necessary for the protection of life, body, or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
3. When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
4. When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body in executing affairs prescribed by laws and regulations

Article 5 — Outsourcing of Personal Information Handling

The Company may outsource all or part of the handling of personal information to external parties (cloud server providers, screening agents, etc.) to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.
