Q. Is it okay if this is my first time working as a freelance (booth rental) nail technician?

Absolutely! We welcome first-timers and provide full support on how our system works so you can start with confidence.

Q. How does the revenue share work?
A.

Standard share is 55%. A higher rate may be offered based on your experience or the client base you bring. Materials and utilities are fully covered by the salon.

Q. Can I use products other than Paragel?
A.

Yes. Paragel is our standard system, but you’re welcome to bring your own preferred products to widen your expression. Basic supplies are still covered by the salon.

Q. Do I need to register for the invoice system (インボイス)?
A.

No. Invoice registration is optional and does not affect your compensation in any way.

Q. Is there support for tax filing?
A.

Yes. Our system provides accurate monthly revenue and payout data that you can export anytime, making tax filing straightforward.

Q. Is the schedule really flexible?
A.

Yes, you have complete freedom. You can work as little as one day a week or just a few hours. You control your availability through our booking system.

Q. Can I work at other salons at the same time?
A.

Of course. Many of our partners work at multiple locations. Use PRIVÉ Shirokane to fill your free time and maximize your income.

Q. Are late-night or early-morning appointments possible?
A.

Yes. You'll have smart lock access, so early morning and late-night sessions are possible with client agreement. The Shirokane/Minato area has strong demand for flexible hours.

Q. Can I adjust appointment durations to match my pace?
A.

Yes. You can set your own service duration in the booking system, so you'll never feel rushed.

Q. Can I bring my existing clients (referrals) with me?
A.

Absolutely — your existing clients are very welcome. Our private setting lets you offer them unhurried, attentive care, and we set up a direct booking link to your profile so they can request you by name.

Q. Will the salon support my own SNS / personal branding?
A.

Yes. We help showcase you on the salon’s profile page, SNS and website, and there’s a dedicated photography corner for your own portfolio shoots. We welcome partners who are open to participating in the salon’s shared branding.

Q. Are there any duties besides nail services?
A.

Just a quick clean-up of your own workspace. No phone duties, reception work, or sales pressure — you can focus entirely on your craft.

Q. Are there really no upfront costs?
A.

Correct. Zero registration fees, zero monthly costs. It's 100% performance-based (55% revenue share), so there's no risk to get started.

Q. Is the booking/payment system hard to use?
A.

Not at all. Payments are handled via Apple Pay and other smart payment methods. No cash register closing or paper records — our modern system lets you focus on what you do best.
